Stay (2005)

Review: Stay follow a psychiatrist (Ewan McGregor) as he tries to stop one of his patients (Ryan Gosling) from killing himself. However, the more he gets involved the more confusing and dreamlike things become. The story is hard to make any sense of, but that can be a good thing, making the movie useful for multiple viewings. Good cinematography and crisp, powerful sets bring the impact while Naomi Watts and a surprisingly good dramatic performance from Janeane Garofalo compliment this twist-and-turn mystery. -JNJ
