Silent Hill (2006)

Review: Silent Hill, based on the video game of the same name, is about a woman searching for her lost daughter in a mysterious ghost town in West Virginia. The movie is a little over the top in places and could have been better without the obvious "girl-power" theme. However there are some really well-shot scenes and the story is somewhat creative. Throw in a creepy dual role for Jodelle Ferland and you have a pretty solid horror flick. -JNJ
