Little Women (1994)

Review: Even though this version of Little Women is a bit more political than others, it still holds up quite well to the classics. The cast is amazing with Winona Ryder, Claire Danes, Christian Bale, Susan Sarandon, and a young Kirsten Dunst. It is probably the most visually appealing of all the film adaptations with good costumes and beautiful sets all photographed very nicely. While this movie may or may not be the best version, it does do Louisa May Alcott's novel justice. -JNJ
