Juncture (2007)

Review: Juncture is about a woman whose family was murdered as a child. In order to try to deal with these demons of her past she leads a double life: one as a worker for a high profile children's charity organization, the other as a cold-blooded killer! This relatively unknown movie from 2007 has escaped notice for a reason: it's really not a very good movie. No star power, bad acting, and horrible sound quality plague this movie from the start. With that said, however, it's not as bad as the general public say it is. It definately has a certain cool-factor to it. Come on, it's a hot chick with a gun! That has to count for something. Also the story and the action has a way of pulling in the viewer despite the out-of-sync dialogue and emotionless acting. Overall, a very watchable movie if certain drawbacks can be overlooked. -JNJ
